A global charitable foundation in the UK is looking for a Talent Development Lead to shape and deliver learning and leadership strategies. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to embed inclusive practices and foster a culture of growth. Responsibilities include leading the design of learning interventions and using data to measure impact. We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Lead to shape and deliver learning leadership and performance strategies that build organisational capability and support career growth across Wellcome.
This role will partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to embed inclusive high-performing practices and foster a culture of continuous development. Youll lead initiatives that equip our people to thrive and grow in alignment with our mission.
Youll be part of the Talent team within the People function reporting to the Head of Talent. Youll work closely with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation to deliver impactful development interventions and enable performance at every level.

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working : 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
