Who are we?

Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I‑listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, organised, and people‑first Talent Attraction Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at Maison Estelle and Celeste. Please note this is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role at the centre of our recruitment activity. You’ll keep everything moving, create standout candidate experiences, and make sure every new joiner’s first impression of our brand is exceptional.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates, delivering clear, timely, and engaging communication.
  • Screen CVs and carry out initial phone or online interviews where needed.
  • Coordinate interviews, recruitment days, open days, and on‑site assessments.
  • Own the ATS (Recruit Genie), ensuring data is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Manage pre‑employment checks including right‑to‑work and references.
  • Support visa and work permit processes where required.
  • Organise inductions, first‑day logistics, uniforms, and welcome materials.
  • Support recruitment reporting and workforce planning data.
About You
  • You have experience in hospitality, luxury service, or another high‑energy, customer‑facing environment.
  • You’ve worked in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similarly organised role.
  • You’re highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • You communicate confidently and professionally with people at all levels.
  • You’re comfortable using ATS platforms, HR systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • You’re detail‑driven, discreet, and take ownership of your work.
  • You bring warmth, professionalism, and pride in representing a premium brand.
