Job Description
- Coordinate and manage the administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the screening of applications and liaise with hiring managers to progress candidates effectively.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Provide support for onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to public sector policies and standards throughout recruitment activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Administrator should have:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with strong organisational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
