We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on building strong, collaborative relationships to join our newly formed Talent Division. Our Talent team are made up of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Employer Brand – all invested to ensure we engage, attract, recruit, and retain the best talent who will thrive with us and help us grow.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Harrods, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by attracting, engaging, and securing the very best talent across our retail business areas. Acting as a trusted partner to Senior Leaders and HR Business Partners, you’ll design and deliver recruitment strategies that not only meet today’s needs but also build strong pipelines for future talent. Immersed in the business areas you support, you’ll have the opportunity to influence hiring decisions at mid to senior level, ensuring every hire reflects our Harrods values and contributes to our long‑term success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partnering with leaders and HRBPs to shape recruitment strategies and influence hiring decisions.
  • Managing mid‑to‑senior‑level vacancies, driving direct sourcing, and ensuring candidate quality.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a small team, supporting their growth and performance.
  • Championing internal talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Tracking performance against KPIs while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

This is a hybrid role based in Hammersmith 3 days per week, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week in line with our Hybrid@Harrods policy.

About You

You will be the dedicated strategic talent acquisition expert for our retail division. Drawing on your comprehensive understanding of the fast‑paced retail environment, you will strategically source, assess, and secure exceptional candidates, playing a vital role in embedding a retail talent acquisition strategy. You’re an experienced recruiter who thrives on finding and securing top talent, especially at mid‑to‑senior‑level. With strong previous people leadership skills, you’ll be confident in coaching and developing others.
