Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll develop and deliver tailored recruitment strategies, managing the full cycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation—while always aiming for efficiency and impact.

You won’t just fill jobs. You'll also lead or support strategic projects to refine and future‑proof our recruitment processes.

Strong relationships are central to your success. You’ll work alongside business leaders, provide guidance on interviews and talent management, and ensure candidates stay informed and engaged throughout. Your industry insight will keep Dyson’s recruitment both compliant and competitive, helping us attract and retain the talent needed to push boundaries through technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find and secure top talent to help drive Dyson forward, using tailored recruitment strategies and managing the whole process, from sourcing to offer.
  • Advise hiring managers, share best practices, and create innovative sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Support strategic recruitment projects that refine and future‑proof our processes.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, guiding interview and talent decisions, and keeping candidates informed and engaged.
  • Use your industry expertise to ensure Dyson’s recruitment stays compliant and competitive, helping us attract and keep the talent that powers new technology.
About you
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/agency recruitment, in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and managing the offer process.
  • Experience managing roles in UK and Poland.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable interpreting recruitment data through analytical tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
  • Experience using recruitment tools, such as an ATS (preferably Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A self‑starter, multi‑tasker, energetic recruiter, with a positive attitude and a passion for providing a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
  • Fluent English.
