Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging top executive talent (sales‑centric) into the business. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process for your roles with a focus on outreach and headhunting to attract the best talent into GDS.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the recruiting sales cycle and possess good negotiation skills. They should be confident with building new applicant relationships and maintaining existing ones. Self‑motivated, proactive, dedicated and results‑oriented professional with a strong ability to work independently in a fast‑paced work environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organisational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned targets.
