A leading recruitment firm is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition specialist based in London. You will be responsible for staffing the Fleet Operations department, partnering with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment and enhance talent acquisition practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with recruitment platforms. This hybrid role involves collaborative efforts and proactive talent sourcing to support various recruitment projects.
Start date: January 2026
Duration: 5m contract
Languages: English and Swedish (desirable)
Location: Hybrid 1-2 days p/w in London (Waterloo). Must complete 5 days on on-site training
Rate: up to £35,000
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department (warehouses) in the UK and NORDIC region. You will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on best practices.
You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function, to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation.
