Overview

You will have considerable experience as a teaching assistant and be an enthusiastic, visionary and solution-focused to lead other teaching assistants in developing their skills within the classroom. You will be a strong role model to other teaching assistants in school.

Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our pupil’s journey. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the entire school, building meaningful connections with pupils and supporting them in ways that make a real difference. Whether you\'re stepping in to lead a class or coordinating staff to ensure every pupil gets the support they need, your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of care and education we pride ourselves on.
