Overview

Aristocrat seeks outstanding Systems Support Analyst - IBM Planning Analytics to join our team. The role involves supporting TM1 instances globally.

The Systems Support Analyst will help manage TM1 system and related infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new functionalities to enhance system value. Collaboration with the Project Team on the new Global ERP system is crucial.

What You\'ll Do
  • Serve as the core technical lead in developing and maintaining the TM1 toolset for all Finance models and reporting.
  • Perform system administration and support tasks, proactively monitoring data integrity and quality, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the change management process, including SIT and UAT Testing, and develop comprehensive system user guides and training materials.
  • Identify and drive system/process improvements, participating in the development, testing, and implementation of system changes.
  • Liaise with IT to resolve database and infrastructure issues swiftly.
  • Manage TM1 version upgrades and implementations.
  • Conduct system audits, manage licenses, and generate usage reports.
  • Provide support and expertise to the ERP Project Team, ensuring smooth integration of system changes into the business environment.
  • Lead new TM1 initiatives, developing project plans and managing the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) for successful implementation.
  • Cultivate positive connections with key collaborators and promote a positive change process.
What We\'re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience coordinating Finance Systems.
  • Proven expertise in developing and supporting IBM Cognos TM1 models through all project life cycle stages.
  • Demonstrated experience managing TM1 during month-end, budgeting, and planning cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of TM1 Rules, Feeders, and TI Processes using free-hand coding.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in building management reports and using MDX within dimensions and Active Forms.
  • Strong experience with MS SQL or equivalent.
  • Experience in installing and upgrading TM1 server and client software.
  • Experience in maintaining TM1 servers and resolving performance issues.
  • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics, PAX, and PAW is a plus.
  • Experience in developing or supporting TM1 models for GL Reporting, Driver-based Forecasting, Scenario Planning, and more.
  • IBM Certified TM1 Developer / Analyst / Solution Designer.
  • Critical and analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent user support and training capabilities.
