  • Manage elicitation and decomposition of requirements.
  • Conduct technical studies to inform architecture development and requirements definition.
  • Provide technical support to cross‑functional assessment and analysis activities.
  • Work with design teams to define and convey system concepts, trades, design principles, and constraints.

Role Information

MBDA Network Communications Department is looking for engineers to provide Systems Engineering and Network Communications expertise into the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) project. Salary: up to £52 500 depending on experience. Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on‑site. Security clearance: British Citizen. Minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
