Customer Support Worker (Huntingdon)

We're looking for a Customer Support Worker to join our welcoming team in Huntingdon. In this role, you'll provide support to homeless families and individuals living in our supported accommodation services.

Responsibilities
  • Support the continued, safe provision of accommodation for customers living in our schemes.
  • Sign up new customers to the service and support them through their housing journey.
  • Work with the team, group employees, outside agencies and professionals to deliver a holistic service of the highest standard.
  • Work closely with customers to develop a person‑centred support plan and deliver housing management services.
  • Collaborate with other staff and external partners to ensure high quality support and a safe environment.
Qualifications
  • Enhanced DBS check (mandatory).
