A leading hotel management company in Rugby is seeking a motivated individual for a procurement support role. You will assist in the management of procurement systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have relevant administrative experience and strong IT skills, particularly in Excel. This is the ideal role for someone looking to take their first steps in a career in procurement, giving you the opportunity to learn the ropes while keeping our systems running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to expert for system users, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently, issues are resolved promptly and accurate information is available to support sound commercial decisions.
This role reports to the Director of Procurement and Cost.
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our procurement, finance and property systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a great user experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Experience with e-procurement, finance or asset management systems is desirable but not essential.
