Job Title: Systems Administrator - LMS

The Chainalysis Global Services Team drives education and mastery of cryptocurrency technology and Chainalysis products throughout the ecosystem. The Global Services Systems Administrator, will play a crucial role in providing essential technical administration and operational support for a multitude of applications, including our learning management system. This position will ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality educational resources to our customers and partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives continuous improvement and excellence.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Oversee the daily operations and technical administration of our Learning Management System, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
  • Provide second-line support for complex user issues, troubleshooting technical problems that require platform expertise and deep system knowledge.
  • Manage platform configuration including roles/permissions, catalog structure, SSO/SCIM implementation, and domains/tenants.
  • Build reliable data exports to Databricks and maintain data definitions for consistency across systems.
  • Create and maintain standard dashboards for customers and CSMs, implement cohort tracking, maintain audit trails, and meet SLAs on data requests.
  • Ensure platform meets accessibility standards, exam integrity policies, and passes privacy/security reviews.
  • Lead change management processes including release notes, sandbox testing, incident response, and vendor coordination.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Technical Integration Knowledge, particularly with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms
  • SQL and Reporting Skills, enabling data analysis and custom report creation
  • Project Management Experience, especially in managing multiple high-priority projects, maintaining organized tracking and proactive issue escalation
  • A demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver initiatives, fostering strong relationships with diverse groups to achieve outstanding outcomes
  • Effective Communication Skills: show impeccable business and technical communication skills, enabling effective interaction with global team members and customers.

Nice to have experience:

  • Experience in LMS Administration or Learning Technology Operations, ideally in a customer education environment
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Change management certification
  • Interest in Industry and Technology: Curiosity and willingness to learn about cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, economics, and related subjects. Openness to stepping out of your comfort zone to grasp industry trends and innovative solutions.
