Job description

The Role

We are seeking a skilled System Accountant to manage the configuration, maintenance, and development of our SAP S/4HANA public cloud ERP system. This role is critical in supporting the finance team by ensuring seamless system operation, delivering process improvements, and maintaining the integrity of financial systems. The System Accountant will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements, oversee upgrades, and support end‑user training. Additionally, the role will be responsible for ensuring financial data accuracy, automating workflows, and maintaining financial system documentation to support efficient and effective operations.

As part of the System Accountant role, you will take ownership of financial systems administration, including master data maintenance, period‑end routines, and access management and will collaborate with IT teams to manage system upgrades, resolve performance issues, and optimize existing processes to reduce manual interventions. Training finance and non‑finance users on best practices and supporting finance teams in their system needs will also be key aspects of the role.
