Qualifications

• Strong ability to respond professionally to colleagues, customers, and children.
• Experience in a commercial environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Willingness to acquire a Lifeguard Qualification if not already certified.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive Swim programme.
• Ensure Swim instructors comply with safety and policy guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality teaching and engage Swim team to meet standards.
• Manage the Swim team including recruitment and staff development.
• Meet financial and departmental KPIs through effective leadership.
