• Good standard of education including English & mathematics GCSE Grade 4-9 (or equivalent).
• Demonstrable work experience in a public-focused business with an understanding of political awareness.
• Good organisational skills with a willingness to be flexible and learn new tasks.
• Problem solving, collating, and manipulating statistical information/data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills handling customer enquiries.
• Good numerical and analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Awareness of transportation issues related to active and sustainable travel.

• Assist the Team Manager in developing and delivering commissioning strategies for sustainable transport.
• Ensure effective service delivery for the residents of Leicestershire.
• Foster partnerships with various agencies and communities.
• Prepare technical reports and contribute to performance management.
