Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND in project management, building/civil engineering or related discipline.
• Track record demonstrating experience in the design or construction process.
• Experience managing commercial processes on projects.
• Understanding of procurement methods and contract administration.
• Ability to write high quality reports and interrogate financial information.
• UK resident for 5+ years for security clearance.

• Deliver projects from inception to completion ensuring quality and budget.

• Represent and communicate client interests professionally.
