A reputable construction firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sustainability Manager to ensure sustainability is embedded across all site operations. This role requires a proven track record in delivering technical sustainability outcomes, such as BREEAM and carbon management. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000–£65,000, along with 25 days holiday and a pension scheme. A new opportunity has arisen for a Sustainability Manager to join our client, a Midlands-based Construction Group delivering high-quality projects across the region. Working closely with the Head of Sustainability, wider sustainability team, and your aligned project teams, you’ll ensure that sustainability is embedded across all site operations and champion continuous improvement.
You’ll be part of a business with a strong local presence and a pipeline of impressive projects.
You’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including key clients.
The organisation promotes a learning-led environment with a flexible and progressive working culture.
Have a proven track record in construction, delivering technical sustainability outcomes across areas such as BREEAM, carbon, reporting, data, engagement, and contributing to bids and tenders.
Be a self-starter, with the motivation and initiative to lead on sustainability without the need for constant oversight.
Have the confidence and communication skills to engage effectively with people at all levels across projects and the wider business.
Ensure that accurate, meaningful sustainability data is captured and reported throughout project delivery.
£55,000–£65,000 basic salary
