A European media company seeks a Sustainability Data Analyst in Greater London to support its Carbon Net Zero ambitions. You will manage environmental data processes, report on GHG targets, and act as an internal expert on sustainability. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and passionate about sustainability. This role includes a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000, flexible working conditions, and a range of benefits including healthcare and a pension scheme.
Bauer Media Outdoor estate spans 12 European countries, helping advertisers reach millions of consumers through 110,000 Out-of-Home assets. With a diverse portfolio of public infrastructure solutions and services, and iconic locations, we connect brands and partners with audiences in creative and innovative ways.
Using data analytics and programmatic capabilities, we provide tailored advertising experiences and measurable insights that help our partners reach the right audiences, deliver impact and drive engagement.
We are a platform for brands and a platform for good. We are focused on delivering more impact for advertisers, more value for communities, inspiring social change, and less impact on the planet. Bauer Media Outdoors’s advertising opportunities are in everyday spaces where people live, work, and travel, providing a highly impactful platform to build brands.
As Sustainability Data Analyst, you will turn environmental data into clear insights that support Bauer Media Outdoor Europe’s Carbon Net Zero ambitions.
You will lead the annual environmental data collection process across our European markets, support ESG reporting, and help track progress against our Science-Based Targets. Working closely with teams across the business, you will use high-quality GHG emissions data to inform decision-making, support carbon reduction planning, and build confidence in how we measure and report our environmental impact.
You will also act as an internal sustainability expert, helping colleagues understand our impact and progress, and supporting the delivery of meaningful, data-led sustainability initiatives across Europe.
We are looking for someone who is curious, organised and confident working with data. You do not need to have all the answers, but you do need a strong willingness to learn and a genuine motivation to help us improve how we measure and reduce our environmental impact.
Our people are bonded by a humility and commitment to challenge the status quo. We offer a great team to be a part of a home for your individuality, as well as a place to bring fresh ideas and to grow and develop. We have a fun and informal culture while also being a future-facing business that wants to make a difference. So, Bring you. Shape us.
At Bauer Media Outdoor, we are committed to treating everyone with fairness and respect, regardless of their race, gender, age, ethnicity, background, sexual orientation, disability, or any other differences. We work hard to foster an inclusive environment, a place you can be yourself. We support reasonable adjustment requests from candidates and employees. If you're interested in joining us to shape the future of out-of-home media, we'd love to hear from you.
