Sustainability Project Coordinator (Part-Time) – London | Property Services

Are you passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency in housing? We're seeking a proactive and organised Sustainability Coordinator to support the delivery of energy efficiency improvements across residential properties for our client. They are an established housing association based in the heart of London.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between residents, contractors, and project partners.
  • Issue and manage works orders, process invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Update property management systems with EPC and warranty data.
  • Support reporting, grant submissions, and KPI tracking.
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal committees and boards.
Qualifications
Essential
  • Experience in working for housing associations.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency improvements and EPCs.
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS365 and property management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable
  • Experience with grant-funded home improvement schemes.
  • Knowledge of the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard and government-funded programmes.
