A leading agricultural consultancy in the UK seeks a Sustainability & Biodiversity Consultant to advise on sustainability challenges faced by dairy processors and agri-food customers. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in agricultural sustainability. This role offers a hybrid working option, a competitive salary starting from £55,000, and a collaborative workplace culture focused on growth and inclusivity.

Location: Hybrid, UK
Contract & Hours: Permanent, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week
Package includes Salary From £55,000 a year, plus pension contributions matched up to 10% and access to flexible benefits that support your development, wellbeing, and everyday life.
Regular UK travel required – typically 2–3 days some weeks, with occasional overnight stays. Other weeks will be home‑based.
We’re looking for a Sustainability & Biodiversity Consultant to join our Kite and Asterra UK Corporate team.
In this role, you’ll help dairy processors, retailers, and their supplying farms navigate the challenges of carbon reduction, biodiversity enhancement, soil health, and water quality.
You’ll translate complex policy and science into practical, on‑farm actions, ensuring strategies are both credible and commercially viable.
