Role

The candidate will oversee multiple surfacing projects, managing them from initiation through to completion. Based across local/regional projects, the role involves hands‑on management, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing surfacing projects from start to finish.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Preparing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensuring all sites adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Managing site teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Monitoring progress and addressing any issues to ensure projects remain on track.
