• A degree in a relevant discipline (Design/Engineering/Motorsport) or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within motorsport or product design.
• Excellent experience with 3D CAD software (preferably 3DExperience/CATIA).
• Able to produce innovative ideas and communicate them through sketching.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to transform ideas into visuals.

Role Responsibilities

• Sketch innovative ideas and design high-quality surface geometry models for CFD, Wind Tunnel and full-size releases
• Collaborate with Aerodynamicists to understand the definition and scope of assigned surfaces, including modeling and construction approach
• Liaise with model designers to ensure efficient implementation of assigned aerodynamic projects
• Support with the release of aero surface geometry to the full-size car design office
• Collaborate with full-size car designers to create high-quality surface geometry for full-size release
• Support the implementation of standard design practices

What you need to bring to the team

• A degree in a relevant discipline (Design / Engineering / Motorsport) or equivalent
• Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the motorsport industry or product design
• Excellent experience with 3D CAD software (preferably 3DExperience/CATIA)
• Able to produce innovative ideas and communicate them through sketching
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to transform ideas into visuals
• Knowledge of building parametric CAD models with a good understanding of surface quality and robust modelling techniques
• Good understanding of shape and spatial awareness
• Clear and concise communication, verbally and written, including with key stakeholders and directors
• Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture
