Support Youth Worker

Location: Llangollen
Salary: JNC 5 - 8 (£24,786 - £26,089 pro rata, per annum)
Hours: 2.5 hours per week, Term Time only
Contract: Permanent

Exciting opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic support youth workers to join our dynamic youth work team. Opportunities are available in our Llangollen Open access session.

You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of our high-quality open access and targeted youth work programmes to meet the needs of the young people and the community, delivering one evening session per week.

You will work directly with young people in order to support their personal and social development.

You will either hold a JNC recognised Youth Work Qualification at level 3 or level 2, with the commitment to further training to achieve level 3 status within a set time period.

In addition, there are further training opportunities available.

Appointment subject to Disclosure & Barring Service Check and satisfactory references.
