Overview

We are looking for patient, compassionate, and resilient support workers to join a care team in Hull for an individual with complex mental health needs. This role focuses on helping them settle into the community, encouraging independence, and providing safe, consistent support. The individual is moving into their own home after a long period in hospital and will be supported by a dedicated team providing 1:1 care day and night. Shift schedule: 8am‑2pm, 2pm‑8pm, 8pm‑8am.
