A care organization in West Carr is seeking compassionate support workers to join a dedicated team aiding individuals with complex mental health needs. The role involves providing 1:1 care and encouraging independence as individuals transition into their new homes. Ideal candidates will possess empathy, patience, and resilience, with prior experience in learning disabilities or mental health preferred. You'll engage in community activities while providing safe and consistent support, offering a meaningful difference to those in need.
We are looking for patient, compassionate, and resilient support workers to join a care team in Hull for an individual with complex mental health needs. This role focuses on helping them settle into the community, encouraging independence, and providing safe, consistent support. The individual is moving into their own home after a long period in hospital and will be supported by a dedicated team providing 1:1 care day and night. Shift schedule: 8am‑2pm, 2pm‑8pm, 8pm‑8am.

Previous experience in Learning Disabilities/Autism desirable. Experience in Mental Health/EUPD highly valued.
