Covering Falmouth, Penryn & Truro
£25,659 – £28,510 per annum
Full-time, permanent – 37 hours per week (5-week rolling rota, Mon–Sun, 8am–9pm)

Are you passionate about empowering people to live more independently and thrive in their communities? We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting adults and families in supported housing across Falmouth, Penryn, and Truro.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
  • Encourage participation in social, educational, and employment opportunities.
  • Carry out risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
