Full-time, permanent – 37 hours per week (5-week rolling rota, Mon–Sun, 8am–9pm)

What You’ll Do
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
- Encourage participation in social, educational, and employment opportunities.
- Carry out risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
