About The Role

Support Worker roles £12.60 to £12.80 dependent on experience. Full time, part time and Night shifts available.

Areas currently recruiting: Lydstep, Pembroke Dock, Saundersfoot & Haverfordwest.

A day in the life of working as a support worker includes
  • Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
  • Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
  • Promote independence, self‑esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
  • Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
  • Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
  • General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • A full UK driving licence – essential for supporting our individuals with transport to appointments and activities.
