Salary

£24,019.54 per annum full time equivalent (£12.45 per hour)

Hours

Full‑time: 37 hours per week (overtime available) and part‑time: from 26 hours per week

About The Role
  • Work in partnership with the team to provide person‑centred, outcome‑focused support.
  • Maintain the dignity, privacy, and wellbeing of each individual, assisting with personal care, health, and hygiene.
  • Support individuals in a variety of activities, including sport, leisure, cultural and recreational events, day trips, and holidays.
  • Drive our mobility vehicles to support individuals.
  • Assist with communication, sensory support, or psychological monitoring and interventions.
  • Ensure all support plans, risk assessments, and documentation are accurate, up‑to‑date, and reflective of individual needs.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and act promptly on any concerns.
What We’re Looking For
  • Have experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant (HCA), Carer, Senior Support Worker, or Team Leader, preferably with autism or learning disabilities.
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
  • Can identify and support the needs, wishes, and aspirations of individuals with communication needs.
  • Are experienced in providing intensive behavioural support.
  • Have strong communication skills and experience coordinating activities in the local area.
