We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.Youll be working 42 hours a week (working 12 hour day shifts or night shifts ), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Trinity House.This is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The team also support individuals who have behaviours that may challenge and associated mental or physical health needs.

Individuals are supported at local paid and voluntary work placements, as well as at living and vocational skills courses at the local college.
