Support Worker Employment Coach

Salary: £26,500-£28,000 per annum. Benefits: Amazing benefits.

Location: Community & Hub-based (with regional travel). Mileage expenses paid.

Are you passionate about changing lives and supporting people into employment? We are seeking a motivated and dedicated support worker to manage and support a caseload of individuals with complex needs, helping them overcome barriers to work.

• Must hold a full UK driver’s licence.

Field Operations Support Role

This role provides support to the Field Operations Manager and Area Managers for all operational matters relating to the Subsidence Field Teams.

• Responsible for excellent service provision, cost control and overall operational excellence.

Team Leader – Driver Support Department

The Team Leader reports to the Customer Excellence Manager and is responsible for managing a team of 5-8 advisors, ensuring they deliver an excellent driver experience.

Mental Health Recovery Worker

Full Time – 37 hours per week (6‑week rota with early, mid and late shifts). Locations include Portsmouth MH Serv Lot 1 & 2 – Outram, with sublet services providing supported accommodation for adults with mental health and substance use needs.

Autism Assessor for Children and Young People

Employment: Full‑time preferred, part‑time available (minimum 3 days per week). This is a fully remote role; applicants must permanently reside in the UK.

English Content Contributor (Remote)

Earn up to $16 USD hourly. Work fully remotely and flexibly with Outlier, a platform owned by Scale AI. Responsibilities include contributing expertise toward training and refining cutting‑edge AI systems.

Head of Operations – Training and Apprenticeships

Location: Portsmouth. Role based at PETA Training and Consultancy, a respected training provider. Responsibilities include managing behind‑the‑scenes training and apprenticeships programmes.

Senior Project Manager – Small Boats In‑Service Support Contract

Competitive salary plus company car, bonus and private medical cover. 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, based at HMNB Portsmouth. Hybrid working arrangement.
