A community support organization in Northern Ireland is seeking a Support Worker to provide care for adults with learning disabilities. The role includes developing skills and supporting tenant decision-making in a supportive living environment. Applicants should have relevant qualifications and care experience. Beechway House is a supported living accommodation giving care and support for 16 adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. It is situated in the Waterside area of Derry ~Londonderry. Beechway House provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day decision making.
This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Access NI check.
All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Apex do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visa's.
