Les Amis are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated staff with a genuine interest in working with individuals with a learning disability in a range of services including Residential, Domiciliary and Respite.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with a learning disability in residential, domiciliary and respite settings.
• Be willing to work shift patterns, including weekends and sleep-in duties.
• Participate in induction and complete training, including theory work and shadowing staff in group homes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Positions are 30-35 hours per week, with shift work including weekends and sleep-in duties.
• Applicants must be willing to work towards RQF Level 2 in HandSC.
• Driving licence is required.
