Support Worker Role

You will be helping younger adults with complex needs and behaviours which
may challenge to be happy and settled within their home environment.
If you are a caring, motivated person, able to work as part of a team and have
the ability to empathise with our clients and see the world through their eyes
then we would like you to apply.
We operate a variety of shift patterns , so please talk to us about what would
suit your home / work life balance and we will see what we can do.
There are care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support plans in place to
help you in your role. An ability to problem solve and think outside the box is
always welcomed.
You will be paid Monthly into your bank.
Paid training is provided and support is available at all times.
Pay rates are dependant on which home you are based in and the degree of
challenging behaviour you may encounter there is a £1 an hour supplement for
those that work in our most challenging home and an additional overtime rate.
Bank holidays are paid at a higher rate.
Experience in Working in a care home or supporting people with Autism,
Learning Disabilities or Mental Health Difficulties is desirable, but not essential.
We will also need a successful DBS application which we can process and two
references.
Job Types: Full Time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.40-£22.20 per hour
Full time: 36 Hours PW
Part Time – 24 Hours PW
