A local care provider in Swadlincote is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help individuals live independently. You will assist with daily living activities and support clients with complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. Full training is provided, and a driving license is required to aid clients in accessing the community. The position may include elements of personal care and is restricted for women only.
We're looking for Support Workers in the Swadlincote area. As a Support Worker with Cera you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support that you provide. You will be supporting people who have varying needs and abilities but include; learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions. To support a 2 people in the community Wednesday 9am - 5pm plus additional annual leave and sickness cover. Both are registered blind and need to have a driver to assist them to access the community including going shopping out for lunch and activities of their choice.
If you are kind and compassionate, patient and friendly then you will make the perfect support worker - no experience is required and full training is given, we are keen to speak to you.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

A small cohort of our individuals who live in our supported living homes have the capability to lead and live independent lives; your support will help enable them to maintain their independence and live their best life. The role may include elements of personal care.
