As a Support Worker, you'll help amazing adults with learning disabilities live life their way.

NB: THIS ROLE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SKILLED WORKER VISA SPONSORSHIP UNDER CURRENT UK HOME OFFICE RULES, AS IT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIRED SALARY OR SKILL LEVEL CRITERIA.

This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific). You don't need to have worked in care before if you're kind, patient, and willing to learn; we\'ll support you every step of the way. It could suit someone who has helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job. If you enjoy listening, lending a hand, and helping others live life to the fullest, you\'ll fit right in here.

Who can apply
