Shift Patterns : 07:00–14:00 / 14:00–21:00 / 07:00–21:00 / 21:00–07:00

Start Date : TBC

Pay Rate : £12.71 per hour

Pay Scheme : PAYE

ARC Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client who offers 24 / 7 support for adults aged between 20–50 with learning disabilities in a supported living environment.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a brand-new team and help shape a new service opening in Norwich in April 2026. Your role will be vital in bringing their vision of high-quality, person-centred support to life.

Our client provides supported living services across the UK, empowering people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.

A driver is beneficial but not essential.

Experience is also welcome but not required — full training and development opportunities are provided for those looking to build a long-term career in healthcare!

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support that empowers people to live the life they choose.
  • Promote independence through support with daily living skills, personal care, and informed decision-making.
  • Build meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement and social inclusion.
  • Help individuals achieve personal goals – whether learning new skills, accessing education, exploring hobbies, or developing independence.
  • Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals to ensure consistent, holistic support.
  • Promote wellbeing and safety by following care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies.
  • Use Positive Behaviour Support to respond confidently and calmly to challenging situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly to ensure high standards of care.
  • Uphold values of dignity, respect, equality, and inclusion in every interaction.
  • Provide warm, reliable, compassionate support – including personal care where required.
