A leading community support organization in Kidderminster is seeking a Support Worker to provide personal care and support to enhance the independence of the individuals they serve. The role entails offering assistance with daily living activities, ensuring high-quality support, and maintaining comprehensive care plans. Hours:
3 x 13 hour shifts per week on a 4-week rolling rota as follows:
Week 1 Tuesday 7am-8pm, Saturday 7am-8pm and Sunday 9am-10pm
Week 2 Tuesday 7am-8pm, Wednesday 7am-8pm and Saturday 7am-8pm
Week 3 Monday 9am-10pm, Thursday 7am-8pm and Friday 7am-8pm
Week 4 Tuesday 7am-8pm, Wednesday 7am-8pm and Friday 7am-8pm

We have an opening for you to join us as a Support Worker at Ashfield House. The purpose of the role is to provide autonomous assistance to the People We Support to fulfil their potential for independence, choice, inclusion, and control.
You will be responsible for ensuring that care and support is of a high standard, focused on person‑centred outcomes and delivered within budget.
You will ensure that all needs assessments, support plans and risk assessments are kept up to date. There will also be direct engagement and liaison with social workers, family members and key workers as required.
Locations & Travel:
Stourbridge.
The role will be based at Ashfield House in Stourbridge.
As part of the role, you will be required to transport the People We Support (vehicle provided) so you will need to have held a full, valid, manual UK driving license for at least 2 years.
