Papworth Trust are looking for Support Workers to join their team in Ipswich, Suffolk, in full or part‑time permanent positions.

As a Support Worker, you will support customers to promote independence and develop skills, enabling them to live full and meaningful lives. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, household tasks, and participation in hobbies and social activities. Working hours include early, late, weekend, and sleep‑in shifts as part of a rota.
As a Support Worker, you will be an organised, enthusiastic, and empathetic team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, “can do” attitude. You will be flexible, resilient, and confident working in a dynamic environment, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in a support role is advantageous, but we also welcome motivated candidates looking to launch their career. Key personal attributes include commitment to quality and excellence, attention to detail, ability to work both independently and collaboratively, a friendly and approachable manner, and proficiency in IT. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to help you deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
