  • Support families by providing guidance on care routines and behavioural strategies
Qualifications
  • Experience in assisted living, nursing home environments, or home care is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, and senior care practices
  • Certification or training in first aid and medication administration is advantageous
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when required
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude
  • Valid driving licence preferred for driving responsibilities
  • Childcare experience is a plus for supporting young clients or family members
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; a commitment to providing consistent support is essential
