Shift Pattern: 13.00pm- 21.00pm
Hours: 36 hours per week

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide one-to-one support for an individual living in their family home in Haslemere. This person has Brain Injury and cognitive difficulties and requires support with all aspects of day to day living. She has a great sense of humour and wide range of hobbies. To make the most out of days out and driving the client's vehicle, it is essential to hold a full UK driving licence.

Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person’s life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Autism
  • Behaviours that can be perceived as challenging
