Support Worker - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities

We are looking for Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support for adults with mental health and learning disability needs, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.
You will:
Support individuals with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and attending appointments
Promote independence, recovery, and life skills in line with individual support plans
Encourage social inclusion and engagement in the community
Maintain accurate records and work closely with colleagues and professionals
Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
We're looking for someone who:
Is caring, patient, and reliable
Has a genuine interest in supporting adults with mental health and learning disabilities
Can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins (if required)
Has good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training is provided
Competitive hourly rate of £13.85
