Support Worker - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities
📍 Location: N22
💷 Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour

We are looking for Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support for adults with mental health and learning disability needs, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.

The Role

You will:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and attending appointments

  • Promote independence, recovery, and life skills in line with individual support plans

  • Encourage social inclusion and engagement in the community

  • Maintain accurate records and work closely with colleagues and professionals

  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is caring, patient, and reliable

  • Has a genuine interest in supporting adults with mental health and learning disabilities

  • Can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins (if required)

  • Has good communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training is provided
