• Support 3 gentlemen with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
• Help them stay active and involved in the community, joining in fun interests that match their energetic lifestyles.
• Provide hands‑on support with day‑to‑day tasks at home, including personal care, mobility, and encouraging independence. A full UK/EU driving licence is required.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude to bring happiness to the role.
