A dedicated care service provider in Dinnington is seeking compassionate Female Support Workers to enhance the quality of life for individuals. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, personal care, and fostering independence through various activities. £12.96 per hour
Shifts: 12 hrs from 8am to 8pm. 1 week work 4 days and the following week 3 days.
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our residential service in Dinnington is welcoming and friendly, and no two days will be the same. You’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising and doing activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs; the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.

Support Workers should hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible and composed. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice and working with individuals requiring enhanced support – including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma – is required.
