A leading care provider is seeking a Support Worker in Fairlight, offering £13.11 per hour for full-time hours. Responsibilities

As a support worker with us you will help people to gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

You will be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.

Qualifications

We prefer candidates who hold a full UK driving licence, though this is not a requirement. Candidates should be resilient, flexible and composed, and have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Experience working with clients that have epilepsy, learning disabilities is desirable. Overall the service is very active and on many days you will be involved in activities such as lunch clubs, cinema and bowling.
