Join Our Award-Winning Team as a Support Worker at Mochride (Part of CCH Group)!

As a Constance Care, Support Worker, you’ll deliver award winning care to support our client in their own home to maintain their independence, dignity and self-worth. Every day is different! Specfically, you will be helping a young man with personal care and you will be out on activities every day. Our client has his own vehicle (van) and a trailer which is used to transport our client and his buggy, which he uses to go mountain rides. You must be a confident driver.

Shifts available: 14 Hours Day Shifts as part of a 7 days a week, 24 hour package. (Driving Licence Needed For This Role)
