A community support organization in Chesterfield is seeking support workers to assist individuals with various challenges including acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, and autism. No previous experience required as full training will be given. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a flexible availability to adapt to 24/7 service needs. The service is 24 hour’s, 7 day a week- therefore you must be flexible in your availability (both waking night & sleeps are available)- we are recruiting for permanent roles both full & part time.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual with excellent communication skills who share our passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives.
The role does not require any previous experience as full training will be provided, rather we are looking for someone who shares our vision and ethos and is able to demonstrate positive values.
It is crucial that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always showing respect and dignity to those they are supporting.
