A leading charity organization in the UK seeks a Support Worker for Assisted Discharge at Bristol Royal Infirmary. Location: Bristol Royal Infirmary and community work (Monday - 10am - 6pm (Community based), Tuesday - Friday - 12pm - 8pm (Hospital based - Bristol Royal Infirmary))
Salary: £22,932 per annum (pro-rata for job share hours)
Hours: 35 per week (open to job share 14 & 21 hours)
Contract: Permanent
Driving: Full UK manual Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
