Join us as a Support Worker at our bespoke development in Alcester, Warwickshire. Our innovative Housing with Care and Support service offers a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, including complex physical and health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning.
• Support tenants to maximise their well-being and independence, fostering a fulfilling and valued life.
• Encourage service users to engage in exciting social activities both within and outside their homes.
• Support residents to participate in a wide range of activities, ensuring no two days are the same.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No previous care experience is required.
• Full-time and part-time hours, worked flexibly according to the service's needs.
• Full training provided; opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
