We’re looking for a personable and proactive Support Technician to join a small, collaborative team. This customer‑facing role involved delivering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and providing on‑site assistance for managed IT services.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Providing remote and on‑site technical support across devices, applications, and networks.
  • Managing support tickets, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software.
  • Administering Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and security features.
  • Troubleshooting connectivity and networking issues (Wi‑Fi, routers, switches).
  • Supporting backup, antivirus, and security tools.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with colleagues for smooth handovers.
Desirable skills and experience
  • 5+ years in technical support, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Networking troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with security tools and best practices.
  • Experience with ticketing systems; exposure to cloud services is a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work from the Aberdeen office and visit client sites.
