A UK health and care provider is looking for a Domestic Assistant to join the facilities team at Seren Lodge. This part-time role (6 hours per week) involves ensuring a clean and safe environment for service users and staff. The successful candidate will receive training, a uniform, and enhance their teamwork skills while working flexibly to cover for staff absences. Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The position offers a supportive induction program, fostering a compassionate community approach.
Domestic Assistants support the Trust in delivering a clean and safe environment for both service users and staff. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to work at our brand new mother and baby unit, Seren Lodge.
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
Part time - 6 Hours per week - Saturday & Sunday 11:00-14:00.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Domestic Assistant to join our facilities team at Seren Lodge. A successful candidate will receive full training and a uniform will be provided.
You will be required to work as part of a team and be flexible within your working approach e.g. cover for annual leave and sickness. Previous experience in a domestic environment would be advantageous, if not training will be provided.
